I think 2 years in a fixed group is too little. I feel like after they finish their military, we can have another fixed group that is made out of only members who have already completed their military service! We can have older fixed groups aswell!

Also I think the ages for day and night graduation should be a bit older, I think military enlistment age would be perfect. Leaving at 25 would leave a very awkward amount of time before enlistment free for them.
