Any boy group fandom's can take the cake for the worst. There's only a couple of GG fandom's that I can name that can get close to the same toxicity. Best though are older fandom's that have mellowed out or young fandom's that haven't gained bad stans yet.

I don't think people value the training much in the west. They kind of have succeed with having a show before debut if you count the most notable groups like One direction, Fifth Harmony, and Little Mix but even then that's a little different.

they are coming in pretty strong for rookies so i'm looking forward to what they do in the future. I don't know if i'll stan them anytime soon but eventually the music gets me lol
