so is your issue the fact he's getting backlash or the fact that it might not have been him who actively choose to wear the shirt?
1. you cannot police other people's actions - if such backlash amounts to hate or death threats then I would think that crosses a line but merely getting backlash...
can't a person have multiple reasons for doing something
like if a billionaire donates money purely because of tax implications but nevertheless they still donated money no?
