Photoshop but it's hard for me :jisoosmh: if you don't have Photoshop I'd recommend Ezgif, the gifs are pretty high quality

I usually make my own sets :pandahappy: I use Photoshop Though sometimes I will see a gifset with pretty coloring on Tumblr and use it instead
