Religious! I used to be a part of a church Choir for like 5 years! I am nto religious and neither is my family, but somehow things ended up that way! At least I learnt the Our father prayer from that!

I don't think they are interchangable. For example a religion would be islam or christianity or buddhism and so on. They have set beliefs and if a person is religious he/she lives by and believes those rules. A spiritual person picks and chooses their own beliefs. Something from here and...
