what if you randomly chose 3 entries from the entries (given there's not multiple of the same person picked) as winners and then randomly distribute the 3 cards amongst the 3 winners similar to the roulette, and in that way, someone not winning a card they already have would be accounted for as...

well it is heavily dependent on if smth you want gets added, and I actually pull a card you want before you get it, but if both happen, I'll reserve it for you :haylul:
