The stage by stage of a NCT new member [my opinion]

tbvh, I think putting them all in Dream to begin is a bad idea cuz they have a certain image/concept tied to them. A lot of Dream-stans still think of them as the Chewing Gum babies and that might be a disadvantage when going in another sub-unit
