@RainbowDevil you can do something like this in Photoshop, but if you want to make more similar articles I think it's easier to try in CorelDraw. You can make a template and keep it. I used to edit a magazine in CorelDraw and it was ok. But if you want to use Photoshop, you can do it as well...
