I do the same, it's become a bit of an issue cause now i'm really slow at reading normal books for my classes istg. Also never completing fics is a mood, i sometimes have to force my friends to set a deadline for me otherwise i'll never finish anything. ao3 superiority indeed

Aaah that makes sense. I've always loved english and have been a bookworm pretty much all my life so my love for fanfics is just an extension of that.

interesting! i also read and write kpop fics mainly, tho on ao3 i'll often read fics from a bunch of fandoms if i want to read a particular trope or tag that's not common in the fandoms i engage in. I havent read any bl drama fics yet tho, i'll have to check them out.

I've been active in the space for a few years and practically spend most of my day on ao3 so I was curious. Also if you do, what platforms do you prefer and what fandoms do you follow?
