1) when they don't use proper spelling and grammar - Grammarly and Word Spellcheck (or whatever you use to check it) are there for a reason! 2) when they speed a fanfic up really fast just to get to the good parts - I once discovered a 1D fanfic with a really good plot, but the very last line...

re: when they misspell a body part name, I once read a YA novel where the author spelled palate like palette... I mean, who the hell greenlit that???
