I would say that their pink concept is more diverse than their black side considering the fact that DKWTD, AIIWYL and Ice cream are all pink concept and pretty different. I love Ice cream but I understand why it lacks energy for some compared to their usual sound.

it’s a strange hybrid. A Kpop song which is aimed toward the Western market. For me, it still sounds like a Blackpink pink concept. It’s the vibe that I have about it. You don’t really find cute and subtlety sexy songs like Ice cream in U.S pop.

I disagree a bit with you. There is an ingenious feeling about Ice Cream that can’t really be found in American pop. Or at least, it’s my opinion.

I love Dumbi Dumbi, Juicy, Dynamite and then a lot of female soloists songs like Holo, Away or Whale. Not the best Kpop summer for me but not the worst.
