The blue one is best. The one with something like freeze in the name and it's super light blue. Super good. I always drunk mine w/o water. Never heard people that mix it with water. Makes sense tho.

Hoping for better days. As someone with clinical chronic depression & anxiety I know things can really pile up in the back of your mind. It's there we just don't think about it until something makes us snap. Losing Moonbin also had a great effect on me.
