Oops sorry I misspoke, second gen yes haha. But I agree, I think the impact from KPop wouldn’t have been the same without the contribution of all of those groups and artists combined.

I think a lot of the first gen groups contributed to the expansion of KPop, especially groups like Girls Generation, Big Bang or artists like PSY. They were some of the first artists that I know of that broke into the American market and met a lot of American celebrities

There’s definitely a difference for me. Personally I can only drink coke if it comes from the fountain, canned and bottled coke just isn’t the move. Same with cherry coke. With Pepsi I can drink it out of the can and bottle and still enjoy it. Fountain is the best option for all pops imo.

I really like the dance style of New Jeans, I think the most recent song I heard from them was Attention and I really liked that As for Billie, this is the first time I've listened to them I actually really like that song, their vocals harmonize so beautifully !

I only stretch and walk, and to be fair the only reason I walk is because my job is all walking. About 15,000 steps a day so I don’t like walking after 2 PM every day lol

Sadly this is what pushed me away from kpop for a few years, I do not miss the fandoms turning groups against each other, especially when most of the groups they're referring to are friends anyways

I think it’s definitely changed over time since the start of the site. I don’t think I know or listen to a single 4th generation group.

Working in fast food for a while I was changing shifts quite frequently, worked either mornings or night shift and would always mix up "Have a good day" and "Have a good night", it was awkward saying having a good night at 9 AM in the morning.

It's Big Bang haha, but yeah their music lifts my mood in dark times and that has always been something that has meant a lot to me. They were the first group I ever listened to and have continued to be my ultimate ever since
