I judge by thumbnail and title, but ultimately if the title is boring then I won't watch it unless it's a song. If it's a song all it has to have is an interesting thumbnail for me to click.

Nah, I wouldn't be jealous. If my UB actually started dating I'd be like "F*cking finally!". With my other biases I'd be happy for them too. I don't really have that attachment to them like that, not romantically at all.
