As for my knowledge yuri was started by female mangakas and aimed at girls by Riyoko Ikeda and some other mangakas. Her early stories such as Oniisama E.. from 70s included romantic feelings between female characters. She also made mangas that included "gender bender" as well as trangender...

I'm pretty bummed about Hoshiai No Sora's ending. Apparently the staff got informed way too late in production that the anime that was planned to have 24 eps was cut half. So they couldn't make changes to plot to fit to 12 eps and the ending was pretty much huge cliffhanger leaving everything...

I'm not biggest fan of the purple on dark beta theme either. It's bit hard to read i think, not impossible but not easy for eyes either. Otherwise it's pretty nice.

Change can go either way, and while one might see the things have gotten better they may have gotten worse to someone else :dubuthink: But yes, there is definitely some nostalgia in play. Like with liking early 2010 edit: kpop with tons of autotune xd

They can be nice, though often quite awkward for me. I'm not that used to hugs, I share hugs rarely between friends and family. But i don't rly mind them when they happen xd
