Does anyone know of a way to have webpages refresh every so often or be in live time? I get tired of having to refresh this site in particular often. I always have multiple tabs and windows up so it would come in handy.

See the reason I do just this or recreational/hobbies all day long is because I'm basically disabled. I don't have official actual disability I'm trying to get that, along with Health insurance. But basically, I can't work or anything like that. I do often feel like I'm not contributing to...
