they have to complete obligations which were agreed to prior to the "contract termination" so let's say NJ agreed on 20 November to partake in an event set for April 2025 then as that obligation occurred prior to 27 November 2024 (termination date) then they would have to honour said obligation...

if the determinant is albums bought = chance of winning a fan sign/fan call then obviously buying more albums or group buys are going to mean more chances for those people - it's pure probability no different than any other form of raffle whereby the more times you enter the greater the chance...
