yes very much. As a young kid i grew up Mormon and my mother was friends with alot of missionaries who came from utah, and they were really into country music. For a few years it was one of the main genres that played in my household.

only some of second gen are older than me. i would only use it if i became close to said person out of respect (far from the way kpop fans massacre it) , but i suppose its less cringey to me as philippines has a similar kinship words like Kuya & Ate, which are used respectfully for similar reasons.

if i needed something illegal sure.. but my laptop's old so downloading an additional browers to get to it would take a while, and then i'd have to think about how to navigate through the pages since alot aren't labelled and are randomly numbered..so i don't end up on kiddy porn or something..
