Mmm that's an interesting approach to it. in my country, if the allegations made against someone are proven to be truth, the judge will favor the defendant and drop the case, that is if someone sues you over comments or accusations made in public against other person (including SNS of course)...

Actually this applies to any other country as well, if you're going to trash talk people online you better have your receipts to prove it, the same goes if you're the one being accused.
