Actually YGE has (had?) its advantages. They give a lot of freedom to those who have talent to produce their own material and the share of profits artist-company is good. The issue comes with the management, promotions and inconsistency of their releases.

I think SME is the best option. They have really good trainers and give oportunities to shine, even if you are not very popular.
