oh yeah Jieun was marketed in a similar way. And I do think that she didn't took off due to her voice being softer and kinda more polished I would say. It's hard to describe. This defently makes me sad since she does have a beautiful voice and has some good songs too.

I do like both but honestly there are much better vocalists out there that deserve way more hype. It is obious that starship did an amazing job with marketing Hyolyn, giving her alot of high notes, giving her opertunities like solos etc. I think that just this image that starship potrayed of her...
