jokes aside - I think for idols especially if they debut young they might not know much about styling or makeup and fashion so as they grow into their skin they can get that glow up???
it depends on the song I guess but sometimes the music is just background music for when one's working or studying or something unless it's an MV or performance where one has to watch in addition to listen
