oh I see what you mean! Yeah its a good point, I think as western pop has no formula like kpop, it also makes sense that different groups were run very differently. But I would have to watch documentaries on all of them to get any insight on this :fingerpoke:

Should be.. but as we know now due to recent news, even supposed top labels like SM still keep treating their idols really bad and screwing them over with shady contracts and paying them very little. But I think some labels apart from dreamcatcher company also seem to be doing their idols a lot...
