yeah the first produce groups had only 1 year contracts, but imagine if a group was on hiatus for 2,5 years, until then probably at least 10 new groups have debuted, it would be very hard to comeback, especially if the group was already struggling before or at least did not belong to the top

It is and I find it rather annoying honetly.. a group with korean and japanese members is not global to me.. :coronawimwim:
