interesting really, this is a lot more common than I though. It seems in many cases this is caused by one member being an outlier in one direction. For those 2 groups, the oldest member being a lot older than the rest

I'm not sure about the soloist part, in my opinion not everyone has it in them to be a solosit. Some people are certainly better suited for a group In many ways, I would also say its a different career path

ok so if we ignore Dani, its similar to LSFM, overall distribution seems to be not too bad!

I thought the same, 10 years is already a lot I'm just surprised companies go through with this, as this seems to be a big risk factor that could lead to conflict within the group or just like you said, make it harder to find concepts that make sense for everyone in the group
