Listening to calm music or watching something I know makes me happy. If it's sensory related, finding somewhere comfortable and familiar, turning off lights (if an option), and getting headphones and blasting white noise to tune everything out.- snsd2beg

Not so much anymore (people don't message me), but for quite some time, I ignored my ex until he (after several months) got the memo I didn't want to speak to him anymore. I have regret for how I treated him, especially when we were together, and I believe we're better off being left in the past...- snsd2beg
