I've seen a a few doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists yes. What I go through is often talked about in length with them. But they can only do so much. It's up to me to settle them. Usually if I am not stressed, it's less frequent. But it's always re-ocurring in my life.

It's more paranoia. People in my head tell me these things. It's not really an actual person in reality. I tend to believe what my voices tell me. otherwise they make threats and other so called acts :o
