oh nooooooooooooo, that sounds really bad :pepecry1: has it been like that for a long time now? I kinda am in a same situation, I sleep for like usually 4 hours in the night and sometimes 6 hours in the day or sometimes just 3 hours, my sleeping schedule is so messed up now 😭😭
