The rare deck is a lot better now than it was before. But new rare sets are not added as fast as common decks are. I've never been on the forum when new rares have been released so I'm unfamiliar with what the process is like or how they put them in. It's definitely a reason for future high...-

Basically that's why. Last year to the beginning of this year I spent about 8 months in rare deck 2 trying to complete my sets. Last year/middle of last year especially the only people requesting deck 2 rares for the longest time were Abe/Nina and then I joined and later Haku/Lilac as well...-
