when i had a "minor" shoulder injury and did nothing abt it then it turned into a major shoulder injury and i couldnt move it at all for a solid month bc it was in so much pain

update really dont like how hes coming back so soon, it could turn into something serious if pushed to its limits like.... let that boy get proper rest -_- :(
