The two US presidents that were citizens of the Confederate States of America were John Tyler and Woodrow Wilson. John Tyler is unsurprising, given that he was planning to be part of the Confederate House of Representatives. For the case of Woodrow Wilson, he was a child during the time, but he lived in the confederacy and his parents were strongly pro confederate. He definitely had Lost Cause mythology though.
