PEDIOPHOBIA
LADYBABY
YUZUKINGDOM
Q'ulle
Tokyo Rockets

CARRY LOOSE, they were from same company as Gang Parade (Wack)

they disbanded in October 31th, worst part is that half of the members came from BiS gen2 which disbanded last year

also in case you want to start next year's list early:

CY8ER are disbanding in Jan 10th of 2021

CY8ER Releases Special Hour-Long Online Performance As Group Announces Plans to Disband in 2021 – OTAQUEST

CY8ER have announced their plans to disband and suspend their activities following an upcoming planned concert at the Budokan Hall.

i still feel sad for Q'ulle, they announced their disbanding 1 year in advance (around the time Yakko left) but still had to cancel everything

still. i think 2020 wasn't that bad, at least compared to late 2019 which was a "massacre" of idol groups

well i may be biased with this last part, i recall that so many groups that i liked disbanded
