Yup, unfortunately, people still drag them (depends on the situation), so I guess why fans are anxious about it.
Seems like either the public won't care, or the public will drag them to filth...

i hate to admit this, but i feel like felix might go on hiatus or even leave the group...or possibly hurt himself (too many idols have done this ) if this hate doesn't stop.....and continues to get worse.....

we'll see if your predictions come true or not, some do seem rather likely to me (the kep1er and kakao ones. idt yg will go bankrupt but they'll see hard days).

my predictions:

1. boa: will drop a korean full-length album, that will possibly be some of the best music to grace my ears in 2024
2. shinee: onew will return in full health, shinee will release a little something (mini? full-length? idk) and promote as 4. minho gets hotter (don't ask me how, but he will). both key and taemin make solo comebacks, possibly onew too (maybe something in japan? idk lol)
3. seventeen: they chug along as they have been, with skyrocketing sales and what not. s.coups returns some time into the year, though he probably wouldn't participate in group choreo cause i don't see their choreos getting any easier. military era still probably a bit far away (i doubt coups will be exempt from it though, he'll probably be put in public service or smth).
4. twice: they chug along as they have been. nayeon solo comeback? @Peachingu says dachaeng subunit, i'm not sure about that but if they're spouting any more subunits it'll be them. no solo debuts though. korean mini, english single. possibly some dating news? once don't be too harsh about it please, hopefullly it's with some nice guy
5. wjsn: group comeback 😭 please that's all i ask for. dayoung keeps slaying in the variety scene, yeoreum continues with el7z up, though i doubt they'll release something i like. seola's youtube channel continues to be one of my fave corners of the internet.
6. fromis_9: plybe will remain stingy in the comeback department, but they'll have at least one, and it will be amazing. one of the members will go viral, don't ask me who or why, but there'll be little to no hate involved
7. yena: one comeback is confirmed, but she'll have two more. there will be interactions with her zb1 and/or evnne yuehua hoobaes (look this is more of a manifestation than anything).
8. h1-key: they chug along like they have been with great music, though the gp interest declines.
9. nine.i: winnie returns in full health (again, more of a manifestation tbh). vahn gets hotter by writing some of the best music known to humankind,,, and they start getting some traction amongst fans as a group
10. zb1: chug along as they have been. an unexpected friendship surfaces. something major happens in the fandom, idk if it'll be positive or negative (hope it's positive for everyone's well-being and sanity)
11. mnet tv shows: there will be smf2, and if shaheem kabamba (latrice's brother) doesn't participate as part of jam republic (dudes' vers), i'll eat my hat. it'll spawn a couple of successful tiktok challenges, but this is the season when public interest begins to wane. monika stays on as the token female judge, though they get 5000 on somewhere. don't think they'll return with trix. babysleek maybe? definitely back kooyoung or choi youngjun as one of the kpop mission judges. an idol still remains as one of the judges (cue some whining by swf/smf fans), though their judging is more like shownu's - doesn't get much screentime, and says things that are mostly sensible. there will also be girls planet season 2 in the 3rd or 4th quarter, cause the jebbies are not going to last forever. lip j returns as a mentor there too, she's born for this. possibly onestar too, he'll stay as a planet series staple. maybe not back kooyoung. choi youngjun would have been iconic (what if we get rumor 2.0? think about it: a 40-year-old man choreographing and teaching female kpop trainees one of the cuntiest kpop dances ever. iconic), but i strongly doubt he'll be back. maybe some more repeats from gp999

one of the main things is hyunlix shippers and people who only like hyunjin are mad at felix for just being a part of the ship and have even gone as far as to try and blind him (and further hurt him and other members) for that reason.....it's stupid and i wish they'd just leave him alone and there's also a lot of hate messages on bubble....felix takes the time to translate each of the messages he sees and the fact that he can see the hate messages is messed up (there should be a filter on there) and he's admitted it's taken a toll on his mental health

Yeah, I'm not sure. I just thought that since they were on a streak of solo debuting and subunit debuting that maybe...just MAYBE! That, or Chaeyoung will probably continue to release her own remixes. It really suits her though it surprised me ngl.

I still don't think that Twice are going to debut in acting anytime soon since none of them expressed any recent interest other that Jeongyeon who wanted to cameo in her sister's drama a while ago but was denied by JYP. Maybe they'll get that now though because they all renewed their contracts.

Yeah, it's possible. I just don't see it happening within the next year (though I'm often times wrong about these sort of things). I remember being so doubtful that Nayeon was going to making a solo debut because I'm the type of person to not believe something a rumor until it's confirmed by the company or idols.

We could literally just say all of the possible stuff and one of them is bound to come true LMAO

lmaoo yeah that's true, but there's a reason i mention twice specifically (out of the groups i like) - svt already had one (or two, depending on how you count things...) this year, i really don't see anything for wjsn (just my gut), yena still is a little too fresh i'd say? like, she did debut like around 6 years ago now, but still. and tbh it really is just me but i genuinely think she'd keep literally everything about her love life under wraps (if she's even interested in dating or anything). h1-key, nine.i, and zb1 are rookies, there's no way something like this could happen just yet. shinee... may be revealed to be in some relationship, but idk i doubt it tbh. 2025, 2026, or 2027 news of a sudden shinee marriage? you heard it here first.

but in twice's case: they've been around for a good while now (2024 will see their 9th anniversary, after all) - and are here to stay. they've seen both dating news (jihyo kd, momo heechul) and dating rumours (chaeyoung and the tattoo dude, hell, even mina and bambam - likely not true, but there nonetheless) before. twice are expanding internationally these days (the int fanbase, on the most part, really doesn't give a shit about dating), and their korean fanbase has largely stabilised. the delulu parasocial gf stans on both sides are mostly gone (there are, ofc, exceptions). so, yeah, i do kinda expect dating news (something confirmed by jype). possibly even dating rumours (something unconfirmed), but i'd expect news more tbh.

Yeah, but anything is possible. As long as there's no dating ban (though there are some idols who dating during the ban), any one of them could be in a relationship if they wanted to. I wish it was a more private matter though and that it's not made into such a big deal. The worst is when they start getting hate for seemingly no reason. Are they not allowed to be in relationships? I'm not going to name any names but that seems to be happening a lot lately.

As for Twice, I agree. But there have been some toxic ONCE who attack the people Twice are dating which is so stupid but you can't do anything about it. It's sad but they won't listen. I would hate being so famous that people start to get mad that I've found happiness with the person I love. Such a shame.
