1. Favorite group in 2025: Itzy is my favorite group but I feel like Nmixx stood out the most this/last year in particular, between their first full length album and kicking of their first world tour I'm really seeing them come into their own. Their recent songs have been on point and they've been doing great all around.

2. Favorite Solo artist in 2025: I will have to go with Sunmi who also released her first full length album as a soloist in 2025 with plenty of great songs. She's also easily in my top 3 K-Pop aritsts in general in terms of just having good songs, her music really matches my taste so getting a full album was a treat. I also want to mention Seulgi who released her second solo album, 'Baby, Not Baby' was great even though I liked the B-lines less this time around and her collaboration 'Lucky' with Kim Wansun (one of if not my favorite K-Pop artist) was a really cool song that was also written by JY Park (one of the few male artists I really like and of course founder of my favorite agency). Really crazy clash of worlds that I never thought I'd see.

3. A new groups I started to like: Illit. I saw a few videos of Yunah and something about her drew me in, turns out I really like their songs too. Little Monster has become one of my favorite K-Pop songs.

4. A new soloist I started to like: Hm, does Chaeyoung (Twice) count? I enjoyed her solo album, otherwise I don't think I got into any soloists in 2025.

5. Somebody I missed: This might sound strange but I missed Twice a lot. They've been more active than ever touring but that means those of us who are not attending the concerts see them a lot less. I also see them less these days due to them only going live on Bubble (which is hard to keep up with).

6. Favorite song of 2025: I don't think I can pick just one so it's a toss up between Little Monster (Illit), Blue Valentine (Nmixx), Good Goodbye (Hwasa), Baby Not Baby (Seulgi) and Spaghetti (Le Sserafim).

7. Favorite Music Video of 2025: Air (Yeji) - I've already gushed about this MV in another thread so I won't do it again but I really love it, one of my favorite MVs ever.

8. Favorite choreography of 2025: Blue Valentine (Nmixx) on top of my head, this choreo has several parts that really stood out to me. Honorable mention to Spaghetti (Le Sserafim), this song is just so fun.

9. Favorite voice of 2025: This is a tough one but I think I have to give it to Hwasa, I've never payed attention to her before and I don't know any Mamamoo songs so randomly discovering 'Good Goodbye' was my first experience with her and the live versions blew me away. Ejae is another possibility, both 'Golden' and 'In Another World' stood out to me since I love deep powerful voices.

10-11. I don't think I have a favorite dancer of the year and I don't like rap.

12-13. Songs I would recommend from 2025: Refer to 6 (favorite songs) for girl groups! I suppose I'm also exposed for not really listening to boy groups. There's a few songs I like but nothing new from 2025. Can we count JY Park as a boy-group? In that case I recommend 'Happy Hour'.

14. Comfort Song from 2025: Not sure I have one released in 2025 so I would again just refer to 6 (Favorite songs).

15. A song which made me cry or sad in 2025: I wouldn't say it made me sad but 'Golden' from K-Pop Demon Hunters has had me tearing up on multiple occasions and while it didn't make me sad or cry 'Panorama' (Taeyeon) is very beautiful and emotional.

16. A song I won't forget: Hopefully all of the ones I've mentioned but I inevitably might, life is long and none of my all-time favorites dropped in 2025.

17. An idol I started to like in 2025: I mentioned it in 3 (new group) but Yunah from Illit stood out to me and I'm hoping to get to know her more this year. I also got to know Kazuha (Le Sserafim) a little bit last year and she was the last member of Le Sserafim that I hadn't really gotten to know, not that I know any of them really well but I've been watching little things here and there and they seem pretty fun. I've also been watching a bit of Hyeri (Girl's Day) but I discovered her as an actress rather than an idol.. I don't know how you can watch 'Reply 1988' and not have a crush on her!

18. Agency I cursed in 2025: HYBE. Ironic since I really enjoyed Illit and Le Sserafim in 2025. All I will say is that I'm 100% team NJZ and not go into it any deeper than that.
