News 3 PDs leave YG (1 Viewer)

A few PDs (producing directors) from YG Entertainment are reportedly moving to different companies.

Back in 2017, PDs Cho Suh Yoon, Je Young Jae, and Kim Min Jong moved from MBC to YG Entertainment. Cho Suh Yoon served as the Executive Managing Director of the Contents Production 2 team at YG, while Je Young Jae and Kim Min Jong worked on programs such as the JTBC prison reality show “Do the Right Thing.”

On December 10, it was announced that Kim Min Jong has moved to KakaoM. Industry representatives reported on December 12 that Cho Suh Yoon and Je Young Jae are planning on moving to t.cast’s E Channel.

According to Bridge News, YG Entertainment is likely to cut down on variety shows with the loss of a few PDs, but the company appears to be continuing production of music-related and audition programs.

Oh i didn't even even remember the latter part. Audition programs.. i thought they would be cutting those

So what they mean with variety then, no more stuff on established groups, maybe having them appear less in other variety shows too?
