1. Never put sour patch kids in ice cream (Especially not chocolate)

2. Don’t climb trees with a tank top and shorts on.

3. Don’t eat pickles when drinking tea.

4. Never allow little kids help you clean

5. When you are challenged by your mom, don't participate (Especially not when it involves your tv time)

Mix them with oatmeal and you have the perfect easy breakfast, lunch, or dinner when ever you wanna eat it.

Agrees, shopping outside has that sort of benefit to it, walking is good for your body too ^^'

I just went for a level higher and specially the Russian twist was so intense, but its getting better since i quit for a few days
