For me its was Young Adult Matters.
It's about a young girl named Sejin gets pregnant while in high school and runs away from home. The movie opens with something I don't even feel comfortable wording out here for you pure of heart forum-goers to read.
She finds another runaway named Jooyeong who then also leads her to finding two more runaway elder teen boys Jaepil and Shinji. Through most of the movie theyre trying to help her get an abortion. Key part is that Sejin's very mentally ill and so are all these other kids. At one point in the movie Shinji is super high on drugs and he starts kicking Sejin in the stomach with a soccer ball because she woke up in some sort of substance haze frantically screamed begging them to get rid of her baby because so far it's been no luck trying. Later on Jaepil starts resenting Sejin and tries to forced Jooyeong to beat her up with a rock and after refusing for a while shes just deserted there in the middle of a field still pregnant and an old couple find her and take her in. At the end of the film despite all triumphs she doesnt get her happy ending in the traditional sense as her water breaks while staying with the old couple and her baby girl is born. I can't give you one specific thing. ALL OF IT made me cry

Reminders of Him. It's about a girl named Kenna who has just gotten out of jail after accidentally murdering her boyfriend in a vehicular manslaughter. She got pregnant with his baby during her incarceration, and the part that made me cry was her spilling to her new love interest about how the baby was born six weeks early and she never got to hold her. It just made me really emotional, even though it has a happy ending.
