A question for those who know both Celsius and Fahrenheit (1 Viewer)

Do any of you prefer different temperature systems for different temperature ranges? I don’t know why but if it’s cold temperatures I prefer using Celsius, but with hot temperatures I prefer Fahrenheit. -10 C makes more sense than 14 F, but 90 F makes more sense than 32 C. But I don’t know why

That is indeed an odd choice lol. since 90 is so high in my mind since I always have used celsius, so in my mind 90 = dead. I wouldn't be able to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit if anybody asked me

Hmm, i dont think i prefer fahrenheit in any situation because im just not used to fahrenheit. But i do totally see where you are coming from and i find it to make sense. I think that if i would be equally used to them both i would think the same

I'm just used to celcius, can't imagine using 90, 100 in celcius is already boiling point of water

There's only one measure that makes sense and it's Fahrenheit
Imperial >> Metric system

As a general rule science and technology in the US uses metric. Otherwise you waste millions of dollars by crashing rovers into Mars due to using different measurement systems
