Both are born in the US but both also moved out pretty quickly I’m pretty sure. Mina also most likely doesn’t have a US citizenship anymore also. Don’t know about Huening Kai, idk what South Korean Dual citizenship laws are.

Mina is only a Japanese citizen and SK and US can have dual citizenship but it must be requested within 3 days of turning 18. So it's kind of hard to do.

Yeah, before 22 though Mina would be allowed to carry multiple citizenships and she’s be eligible for a US one since she was born there. But yes after 22 she wouldn’t be allowed to anymore and it would be stupid to pick the US one.
