Well that happens if you don't have the confidence in yourself as when you feel like you aren't good enough then the thing you'll think about doing is becoming better but really the answer is just treating it like a job interview where you present the best version of yourself and when it comes to open up deeper you do that later when you have more of a close bond as you would anyone else
