I’m just going to put a huge trigger warning before I start. Mentions of Self Harm, Medications and smoking.





So the reason I was gone was because my parents caught me smoking which led to my phone being taken. They then found out that I hadn’t been taking my meds in over a week. I had made some nasty gashes on my arm after that and was sent to my grandpas house with no phone and no way to come on.



I’m doing a lot better now and I have my phone back. I’m back on my medication so everything will be ok.



TL;DR I wigged out after not taken my meds when I was caught for smoking
