That thing nukes my computer every time I go to the page
I opened it up just now and by the time I could scroll down without my pc freezing I forgot why I went there

The trick is to let it load for like 5–10 seconds, usually when it finishes loading. You should be able to have no issues then, and it should be lag-free. It is loading like 1000 plus images.

It's kind of like a game of russian roulette, if you press ctrl+f too soon you have to wait an extra 10 seconds

I wish I could code better in PHP so I could lazy load images to reduce the number of requests to users' browsers on that page.

i was thinking, wouldn't it be possible to have the main card directory be a list of all the available groups, and when you click on a group name you get redirected to a new page where you can see all the cards for just that group? i think that should be fairly simple in php but i'm not familiar with forum management at all so idk..

I am beginner level at php, marko was the one who used to code stuff for us. I am only good at css & bash, but hiring a php dev to rework it should not cost a fortune.

ahh i see! i'm fairly comfortable w php so if reworking the card list is something you'd want to do i'd also be down to help out in whatever way
i know you have stuff going on rn tho so no rush no pressure ofc i just thought i'd share my idea~
