Pretty sure this is the gun they are holding to her head. But, she still has the advantage. As an Australian citizen she can go anywhere else in the world and still have a great career. Just not Korea to begin with. It's the girls who are just Korean that are at a disadvantage.

She'd need a work visa not just a tourist one otherwise she cannot earn money so she would not be able to participate as a member of NewJeans without it. No one else in NewJeans would have this issue as they are all recognised as citizens in Korea so they don't need such a visa.

The only out I really see is for Min Heejin to find a sponsor who will get Hannis visa transferred from Ador but that'll likely mean paying her termination fee which they've been trying to avoid paying.

Agreed, they basically have to. And considering their line has always been "NJ isn't terminated with us" they would WANT to as well. They want a court to find in their favor and get NJs working again.
