I’ve been having this thing randomly happen to me every now and then and I don’t know exactly why it happens or what triggers it. My head will feel shaky and my eyes will get a sort of blur in them or it’ll be like dots flashing in my vision. I have noted two times when it has happened:
Account #1 February 14th 2025

I was standing in front of my mirror putting lotion on my face. I was standing upright, knees not locked at a comfortable posture and the light in the room was turned on. While I was putting the lotion on my face one of the shudders I previously described occurred when I touched the part of my face from which my nose bridge and inner eye corner meet. It came quickly and ended just as soon. When I attempted to repeat the same motion seconds later assuming that was the cause, it did not occur again

Account #2 March 15th, 2025

I was using my tablet reading something laying down, slightly turned to the side. The light in my bedroom was turned off and it was about 17:20/5:20. It came very suddenly as it does every time and only happened once before going back to normal.

Maybe dehydration. Drink more mineral water. Not more coffee, energy drinks or soft drinks! If the symptoms don't get away or even get worse, visit a doctor.

Maybe you had not enough water today or yesterday? There are different opinions how much fluid people should drink every day (from 1,5 liters to even 5 liters) and it heavily depends on individual activties, nutrition, health status, even the season (you need more fluid during the hotter summer months).

There's a simple rule that always works for me: I drank enough when my urine is clear like water before going to sleep.
