.... what are your thoughts on wearing masks at the moment?

Is it too annoying? Do you feel more safe? Do you like the logic behind wearing the mask?

Do you think that wearing a mask should be as big as it is in Asian countries?

I don't mind it. Especially now since it feels weird to go outside without a mask on. With stuff like shootings being a lot more prevalent in the US, idk if it'd be a good idea for masks to be a bigger/more common thing? But idk man

You honestly make a fair point but I feel like people like school shooters and stuff either won't wear a mask to be become famous or will wear something that covers their entire face to have their identity sealed

Well, wearing masks significantly reduced the number of cold and flu cases, but I understand why some people find them uncomfortable to wear. It obviously depends on the type you're wearing, but sometimes after having it on for the whole day my ears hurt so much. It's not practical if you wear glasses or a headband as well... It also depends on the weather. If it's cold, it can have a similar function to a scarf for instance, but during summer it's a big no no because it's so freaking hot. Different people have different takes on it, which is logical. Introverts seem to love it, girlies who wear make up not so much lol because they think their "work" is not paying off ig.
But generally, I think it's not a bad idea to wear a mask in the future like when you're sick to prevent the spread of a certain disease.

I don't think i will be using masks after covid. It's just inconvinience, gets my eyeglasses foggy, harder to breath while using one.. I'd rather risk common cold than use one around people ^^;

honestly i find them super annoying and inconvenient but the pros outweigh the cons so i just suck it up, i'll probably continue wearing them even after they're not mandatory anymore just because they do make me feel safer and more hygienic

it's going to make me sound extremely superficial and dumb but this is exactly me lol i only wear masks because i have to, when they're not mandatory anymore ngl i don't think i'll keep doing that because i love showing off my face too much. when i have a cold or something i don't leave my house anyway.

I actually kinda like them. The amount of times I’ve been able to hide pimples or facial scars because of them is amazing They do get kinda warm but with working I got used to them over time
