one of my blind friends recommended to me a book serious called Moose Springs, by Sarah Morgenthaler. It's a trilogy of romance novels that take place in a small town in Alaska (Moose Springs). I'm on the first book rn, and it seems promising. Of course, I don't have very high hopes, but that's only bc of my apparent magnetism to bad books. lol

did not finish - basically, I had to give up on two books in a row bc they either had a sad ending (the first one) or dragged on and on like molasses (the second one)

I edited the thread so people would get what I'm talking about. I didn't know that most people wouldn't know what a DNF is.

Congrats!! I've just had two DNFs myself, so I appreciate how frustrating it is.

I ended up turning back to an author who I've read before, so at least I can get something I will am more likely to enjoy. I want to branch out and try new things, but...
