Ah the pains of trying to be healthy (1 Viewer)

[Wingfrost]

I haven’t worked out in...... probably a year and yesterday I was feeling brave and did a full body workout...

You know when your legs are so sore that it’s painful just to walk down a simple step so you just kind of waddle down instead? Or when you go to sit at your desk you realize oh no your weak muscles aren’t gonna take it easy on you as they scream in protest so instead of sitting down normal you just kind of fall into the chair?....

Yup that’s what I’m going through

I've always loved the feeling of being sore

Definitely felt that burn, I work out sporadically so I always end up aching when I come back to it after a long time haha, I barely want to move

Yeah, sounds familiar take it easy at first, let your body get used to the exercises and increase step by step
