Ok so background info so im in this class(choir) where you have to audition to be in it or be an upperclassman we will call this girl Kay she is disabled she can walk but she can't stand for long and she can talk but she will not sing even though she can, she will also ask to have solfege written so shes wasting someone's time when she won't be using it and she also goes on her phone when we're supposed to put ours up ( I would understand if she had it on her but I don't think it's fair she using it to watch youtube) shes also made multiple transphobic comments we have told her that it isn't fine but she still continues to say it she also told me that in her religion being gay is a sin. there was this other instance when she tried out for a solo and didn't get it and she would go up to the soloist and tell her that she was supposed to get the solo. she also criticized the altos for making mistakes when she would come in randomly and start singing the wrong notes. so am I the asshole for hoping she gets kicked out?

the thing that I don't like is a lot if people reported her to the counselors and they didn't do anything

well you can't do anything about it after you've reported it...
the only thing you can do is continue to report her behaviour and if it gets worse keep reporting it to the higher ups...principal? school board?

Im pretty sure the reason why is bc she has a 504 and can get away with anything but I don't think its fair for the girls who did try out
and idk I'm pretty sure ppl pretend to be her friend

The thing about most religions where being gay is a sin... Judging others is also a sin, a worse sin even. Funny how God made it work that way...

what's a 504? some kind of special treatment thingy???
then find out who they are and ask them for their thoughts on such behaviour
