yea that'll do it alright. especially if you have a quick metabolism. and omg you're growing. I've been around 5'8" for like 2 years TT. I feel like you'll outgrow me at this rate. Anyway working out is a good way to increase weight in a healthy way, but that does take a lot of effort.
