Who doesn't like this gelatinous fat part of meat? I just gag when i taste it in my mouth. Lile i literally , physically can't eat it.

(Also i dont eat this raw meat, but these showed the fat the best)

What kind of meat it is?

depends on the type of steak + the way the cook marinates it. but most of the time its a no from me too. all the factors gotta be too perfect 😭😭
but also only in steak, bc other meats like ham, omg especially ham, i dont care for it lol.

Saaame, but i like feel the bile coming up if i force myself to eat it. Ppl think i just dont like it. Sometimes when its small and burned i cant taste it. But other times i could puke from it
